Meet Our Team

Owner/chef Simon Morriss works closely with our local suppliers to create our seafood focused menus. By using Kent based fishermen all local fish & shellfish are usually landed and on your plate the very same day & our Broadstairs based butchers ensures all of our game & meat are of the best possible quality.

We work closely with our Broadstairs based fishmonger to ensure our menu echoes the seasons & has been responsibly sourced. The majority of our menu will come straight from one of our fishmonger's 18 day boats which fish the waters off of Margate, Whitstable, Ramsgate, Folkestone and Broadstairs.
